Birchwood Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy

1.  A reservation deposit of $10.00 is required when a reservation is made. (Mastercard or Visa)

2.  Your $10.00 reservation deposit will be deducted from your camping fees when you arrive.

3.  If a cancellation is requested up until 48 hours prior tothe reservation, the reservation deposit can be totally refund to your credit card.

4.  If a cancellation is made within the 48 hours prior to the reservation the reservation deposit is non-refundable.

5.  You can arrive as late as you like (daylight helps for hooking up).
